महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

नागरिकों को आरटीपीएस काउंटर पर जाने की जरूरत नहीं है। वे आरटीपीएस अधिनियम की सेवाओं का ऑनलाइन लाभ उठा सकते हैं। Certificate will be sent to the online applicant through (i) Download link through SMS on Mobile Number, (ii) Email Id, (iii) DigiLocker, and (iv) SevicePlus Inbox of the applicant. The Social Security services of Social Welfare Department under RTPS Act are currently available for Jehanabad, Sitamarhi and Samastipur districts only. Verification of certificates (Residence, Caste, Income, Economical Weaker Section & State NCL) done through website is subject to final verification of same by issuing authority.
